Coffee Brownies

We hope you haven’t been sleeping on this tip - but adding coffee to your brownies is, well, perfect. Coffee will bring out the richest and most chocolatey notes, so when adding it to a brownie, it tastes like harmony.

This trick is especially good if you’re making boxed brownies. Reduce the water and replace it with coffee. You could do the same for your favorite homemade recipe as well, but just keep it to a couple of tablespoons if that’s the case.

Breakfast Bakes

We love a sweet breakfast casserole - who doesn’t? Something like French toast casserole or a bread pudding (or chocolate bread pudding) is an amazing breakfast treat.

You’ll want to add the coffee to the custard you’ll be soaking the bread in. In the same way as the brownies, it’ll enhance the richness and depth of flavor of this sweet dish. If your dish looks too wet from adding a little gourmet coffee goodness, add another 1-2 minutes to the cook time and an extra 5 minutes as it cools to allow your dish to set.

Whip It Up

What’s dessert without a creamy finishing touch? Frosting, whipped cream, glaze, whatever you use to give your dessert that extra something-something. Incorporating coffee will bring these elements to the next level.

Any basic buttercream or cream cheese frosting will work with a splash of coffee. Add the coffee in slowly as you’re making your frosting to make sure you achieve the consistency that you want. The same goes for any glazes or whipped creams - add some coffee, but keep an eye on the texture.

Cake Batter

Give your cake a little caffeine boost. If you’re making a chocolate cake, even better - as we know you’ll get those richer notes with any chocolate flavors. Spice cake or red velvet will also lend themselves to be better matched for coffee as well. This is a great trick to add to any boxed cake recipe as well.

Make sure to snag some of our healthy, gourmet coffee. You’ll be happy to have a delicious treat anytime whether you drink it or use it to make the most amazing cake of your life.

Muffin Love

Muffins and coffee are a breakfast match made in heaven - so why not combine the two, to begin with?

It’s going to be a total win, and there are so many ways to make it work. You just need to replace a portion of the liquid with the coffee, and you’re doing it right.

Here’s a recipe you can try; simply swap in our Ganoderma-infused coffee.

Syrup

A little more complex, but creating a coffee syrup can be used across an array of your baking endeavors. One of the best ways to make impressively moist cakes is to brush your baked cakes with flavored syrup. When your goods are warm, it’ll be especially delightful.

Bake the Best, Add a Taste of Gold

All it takes is a little innovation to make something extra wonderful. We believe coffee should be in everything! Bring the taste of gold to your favorite baked goods.

You’ll be wow-ed by the way your coffee can take your baking game to the next level. When you want the best gourmet coffee, convenient enough to take on the go, look no further than OrganoTM. They’re delicious, nutritious, try it out today and taste the difference of Ganoderma.
