Pistachio Iced Coffee

Whether you are throwing a St. Patrick’s Day party this year or kicking back at home with your family, you have got to try this insanely delicious Pistachio Iced Coffee to celebrate and participate in the festivities.

Yields: 1 serving

Ingredients 

1-2 scoops of Pistachio Ice Cream 

Splash of sweet creamer 

Cold Organo Gourmet Black Coffee 

Whipped cream *optional 

1.5 ounces Irish Cream Liqueur (like Bailey’s) *optional 

Green sprinkles *optional 

Directions 

Place the ice cream scoops in a cup. Drizzle in the creamer and optional liqueur. Fill the cup the rest of the way with refrigerated Organo black coffee and top with whipped cream & sprinkles. Drink and feel lucky!
