Iced Honey Lavender Latte

For a sweet and floral spring treat, try this delicious iced honey lavender latte using our iced coffee.

Yields: 1 serving 

 

Ingredients 

 

¼ cup honey 

¼ cup water 

1 teaspoon culinary grade dried lavender flowers 

¼ cup iced Organo coffee 

½ cup oat milk 

Ice 

 

Directions

Step 1: Create the Syrup 

 

Combine the honey, water, and lavender flowers in a small saucepan. Heat over medium-high heat, stirring until the honey is dissolved in the water. Remove the mixture from heat and let it percolate for 20-60 minutes will the lavender infuses. Pour the syrup into a jar using a mesh strainer to remove the dried flowers. 

 

Step 2: Make a ‘Latte’ 

 

Before placing your hot coffee into the freezer to cool, thoroughly stir in 2 teaspoons of the lavender honey syrup. If you would like it to be more or less sweet, adjust as needed. After your coffee has cooled, add ice and top off with oat milk. Enjoy!
