Honey Vanilla Oat Milk Latte Recipe

Have just a few minutes before you need to get out the door? Try this four-ingredient iced latte recipe! 

 

What better way is there to start the morning than with a cup of coffee? If you are strapped for time, but still want a slightly sweet boost, give this healthy iced coffee recipe a try! 

 

Perfect for the morning or an afternoon pick-me-up, this latte has the perfect balance of sweetness, flavor, and caffeine.

Tips before you begin: 

 

Buy or make real Espresso. 

 

By espresso, we mean a very concentrated coffee with a thick body, acidic flavor, and a thick foamy top. Espresso is made with a machine, but it can be made manually as well. If you cannot pull an espresso shot at home, use ORGANO™ Espresso Capsules, or order a double shot of espresso from your local coffee shop.  

 

This higher quality espresso will lead to a better-tasting latte! 

 

 

Add the honey so it liquefies faster. 

 

To get the honey to melt quickly, it should be added right after the addition of the espresso in your drinking glass. 

 

Do not add any of the other ingredients before the honey, because it will lower the temperature of the espresso and won’t allow the honey to liquify.  

 

 

Add a dash of cinnamon. 

 

Add a dash of ground cinnamon at the same time as you add the honey. This way, it will be mixed into your drink while the espresso is still warm. 

 

Do not forget to garnish the top of your drink with a dash of cinnamon or nutmeg too!  

 

 

Make iced-coffee ice cubes beforehand. 

 

Instead of adding normal ice cubes to your iced latte that will water your coffee down, freeze some iced coffee cubes beforehand so when you need some ice, they will be ready for you to use.  

 

When you add coffee iced cubes, more coffee is added to your drink instead of being watered down. Who does not want that?! 

 

Now, on to the recipe! 

 

 

Honey Vanilla Oat Milk Latte  

 

Ingredients: 

 

½ tsp vanilla extract 

  

1 ½ tsp honey 

  

1 cup oat milk 

  

2 shots of ORGANO™ Espresso  

  

Ice cubes (if desired) 

 

Dash of cinnamon  

 

 

Instructions: 

 

Pull or brew two shots of espresso, and mix with honey, vanilla extract, and cinnamon if desired. Stir to liquefy the honey. 

 

Pour into a glass with the oat milk. Add 2-3 ice cubes and enjoy! See? Super easy!
